Good breakfast and spa area, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The room was comfortable and cozy, with soft pillows and fresh sheets. The hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and major attractions, making it easy to see everything without having to travel far.
The hotel suffered from a lack of cleanliness in several areas, including the bathroom and sauna. The staff also seemed uninterested in helping guests, which made it difficult to get basic information or assistance.

We stayed here 3 nights in April and the hotel was very quiet with few other people staying. Imst as a town is quite nice and there's lovely walking in the area; the hotel was satisfactory for a short stay and there was a good selection on the breakfast buffet, but we wouldn't choose to stay there again.
The location is close enough to the highway that you can hear traffic noise and as we were traveling without a car, getting to/from the train station and town was a bit difficult. The shuttle service was offered only after we arrived. Overall, this hotel has seen better days.

The staff were wonderful and were really quick to resolve any request that we had. There was plenty of parking, cleanliness of the rooms was very good, as were all of the communal areas.
It would appear that unlike the rest of Europe, Austria has not introduced stricter smoking restrictions. As a result smoking seemed to be allowed in all areas of the hotel, which meant it did not smell very fresh, even though the staff do clean the rooms to a high standard.

We stayed at a hotel along the Inn River which had a great location with a beautiful stream right in front. the sauna area provided a relaxing atmosphere with views of the mountains. the room was spacious with comfortable beds, however, there was an unpleasant smell that didn't leave even with the windows open. Breakfast wasn't terrible, but there could have been more variety.
The hotel lacked a bar and restaurant which would have been convenient, but we had to venture out into the rain to find dinner at another location.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect as it was situated right on the stream, providing a peaceful and calming atmosphere throughout the night. The hotel facilities, particularly the sauna area, were top-notch and perfect for relaxation. The staff were incredibly helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious and satisfying, ensuring I had a great start to each day.
No negatives from this hotel! This city was a great place to stay and offered me a comfortable and relaxing experience.

During our Easter stay, we appreciated the hotel's central location, which made it easy to explore the surrounding area. We were particularly impressed by the availability of parking spaces, which made our stay more convenient. the staff was friendly and accommodating, which made our check-in process seamless.
We found that the hotel's facilities were outdated and could benefit from modernization. the quality of breakfast was subpar compared to other options we've experienced before.
